Solidarity Against Austerity events and meetings for the week of Sept. 12th – Sept 20th
This will be a busy week, so mark your calendars!

Mugshots Concert Fundraiser – Saturday Sept 12th
Everyone is invited to a musical fundraiser for a group of wrongfully terminated workers to raise money for legal action against their former employer. The Workers Action Group of Solidarity Against Austerity has been assisting these workers with their case. There will be alcohol at this event.

“We, the employees of Mugshots, maintain that our jobs were taken from us and we are seeking financial compensation. A law firm has taken our case but legal counsel is expensive.  We are hoping you will join us on September 12th to honour the memory of Mugshots and to help raise funds for our fight against Hosteling International.”
